Referral Rewards Programme | Terms & Conditions


The CXC Rewards Programme enables participants to obtain rewards in the form of goods and services by referring prospective contractors to CXC.
Participation in the programme is deemed acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.


Eligibility


The CXC Rewards Programme is open to residents of New Zealand over the age of 18, except for employees of CXC Global NZ Ltd (& associated companies) and their immediate families, affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies. Current CXC members (contractors) are eligible to participate.


How to earn and claim rewards


To claim rewards you should refer a prospective contractor or contractors to CXC. For each contractor you refer, who signs a contract with CXC for a minimum period of 3 months, you will receive an electronic voucher to the value of $100. Vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services supplied by participating companies as shown on the CXC Rewards Programme website.


Submitting referrals


Referrals can only be made via the CXC website at http://www.cxcglobal.co.nz/referral-rewards.html. Follow the instructions on this page. When referring a prospective contractor you must provide a user name and password for security reasons along with your email address. You should supply the full name, email address and daytime telephone number of each person you are referring and you are advised to make a separate record of each referral you submit (for example, by printing a hard copy).


You may refer as many prospective contractors to CXC as you wish but individual prospective contractors can only be referred once. The authenticity of all referrals will be verified by email and/or phone. Incomplete referrals will be declared void. The promoter accepts no responsibility for referrals not received.


A referral is deemed successful and eligible once the contractor engages via CXC and signs a contract of no less than three (3) months and has received a minimum of one (1) week’s pay (via CXC).


In addition to the above, in regards to specific enhanced rewards promotions: Rewards can only be applied for contractors registered within the promotional period. The registered contractor must start their engagement within one calendar month of the promotion ending.


Using the vouchers to redeem rewards


Vouchers can be redeemed for products advertised. Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.


Vouchers must be redeemed directly with the suppliers according to their terms and conditions.


Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once vouchers have been redeemed they become null and void.


Liability


Goods damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of the supplier (eg. Westfield, Redballoon ... ).

The promoter is not liable for warranties on claimed rewards. You should contact the respective manufacturer of rewards claimed if a warranty is required.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of using any reward claimed.

If goods selected are not available, CXC reserves the right to offer a reward of similar value.

CXC reserves the right to a final decision on issuing rewards.

Conflict with other contractual obligations


Individuals registering for this Program acknowledge that receiving rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a breach of the terms of any other agreements to which they are subject. This includes but is not limited to contracts of employment. Should breaches of this type occur, individuals indemnify and hold harmless CXC in relation to the consequences of such breaches.


Tax implications


Claiming certain rewards may have tax implications for individual participants in the programme. Fringe Benefits Tax may be liable on items such as personal computers and travel-related benefits. Before claiming a reward you should seek the advice of an accountant or financial adviser to clarify your tax status. The promoter is not responsible for any tax liability that may result from participation in the Rewards Programme, or on any rewards offered.
