New Starter
If you’re new to MyCXC, New Starter contains a comprehensive list of important information and documents. As a first step CXC Global invites you to read the documents 'Important Information for New Starters' and the 'Checklist for New Starters'.

This section keeps all your personal details handy and automatically updates CXC Global of any changes. Information includes:

This section records your recruitment agent or end client, the start and end date of the current contract.

Electronic Timesheets
Completing your timesheets electronically and online is much more convenient than paper-based versions. Here, you can record the hours or days you’ve worked.

Approval can also be completed online, with an email being sent automatically to your manager.

You’ll receive notification of approval and the timesheet is electronically sent to CXC Global. So much quicker and easier than faxing an approved paper timesheet through.

Kiwisaver
By working through CXC Global you have the advantage of enrolling in Kiwisaver if you choose. Our default Kiwisaver fund provider is ASB Bank.

Payslips
Lists all you’d hope to see on a payslip and more, including:
  • Date of payment

  • Invoice value
  • Statutory deductions
  • Other pre-tax deductions

Occupational Safety & Health
CXC Global has developed a proprietary programme to induct and provide ongoing information for all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters to contractors.

It has been developed as a combined effort between management, CXC Global contractors and external professional services. It provides extensive coverage of all aspects of OH&S, from incident reporting and office ergonomics to first aid and workers compensation.

Please familiarise yourself with SIMP and complete the OHS declaration at the end of the program. Completion is mandatory for all CXC Global contractors for each of your contracts.
