Consultants Exchange was founded in Sydney, Australia in 1992 by Dave Thomas (Chairman of the Board of Directors). When Dave started the company he was an independent contractor himself, and his vision for Consultants Exchange was to provide high quality, legal and ethical contractor management services to independent contractors, and the agencies and clients they served. The business grew quickly and soon CXC Global became the leading contractor management company in Australia.
We are now known as CXC Global and today we serve thousands of contractors in 19 countries through 28 offices globally, making us the leading global contractor management company.
